Check Your Wi-Fi Band
To check the Wi-Fi band, you can go to the Wi-Fi settings on your device.
On a Windows PC, you can click the up-arrow icon on the taskbar to reveal all hidden icons, find your Wi-Fi network in the list, and look for a small signal icon next to it.
You can also use the Settings app on your Windows PC to check the network band and channel.
On an iOS device, you can install a Wi-Fi analyzer app from the App Store or obtain the information via your router settings.
You can use an app or program like Wi-Fi Analyzer to measure the decibels relative to a milliwatt (dBm) to determine the Wi-Fi signal strength and frequency.
