Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is a body responsible for helping to make major decisions proactively (meeting once per month); it evaluates technical progress and also contributes to the Center’s strategic planning (such as assessing new discovery projects and recruiting new principal investigators) and explores the latest research breakthroughs for potential new projects under the Discovery Initiative. The Executive Committee also develops and promotes interactions with government laboratories, NSF Centers (such as NSECs), and especially our sponsors.
